Employee Training - Off Work Light Exposure

Harvard says Blue enriched light is more effective than caffeine in keeping you awake. 60% of employees report being sleep deprived. The cost in productivity losses, errors and injuries are nearly a trillion dollars in the U.S. alone. But office lighting is only one part of the problem. Employees need to regulate light at home. They need to understand good sleep hygiene. 10 minutes of phone time before sleep shuts of the body's sleep triggers and prodcues alerting processes that cannot be shut off for 2 hours. So employees don't get restorative sleep, and when they awaken, they crave carbs and caffeine to get going. Help them stop the cycle and be more productive and healthy by off work light regulation. Its easy, cheap and extremely effective. One recent training session had a 92% employee response rate. This is intuitive information that they will use the rest of their lives and thank you for providing it.
