It takes 10 minutes of exposure to blue enriched light to shut off all melatonin production, and 2 HOURS to restart it., You phone is full of blue light. Phone usage is often necessary at night, but the blue light filter should definitely be turned on and set to maximum opacity. Also, if possible, you should have another light source that has no blue light to counter act it, like an incandescent. Lastly, you can also use real blue light glasses. There are about 4 good Awaken Blue Certified manufacturers. . . and no, blue blockers" did NOT make the list!
